Yannick Gibson - Managing Director

Yannick Gibson is the Managing Director of The Celtic Group Ltd., a forward-thinking company built on a foundation of ambition, discipline, innovation, and strong relationships. His journey began at Wolmer’s Boys’ School in Kingston, Jamaica, where he developed the values of leadership, resilience, and excellence that continue to guide him today.

After completing high school, Yannick continued his studies in Ontario, Canada, gaining early exposure to international culture, diverse perspectives, and a broader view of opportunity. He later returned to Jamaica and pursued Computer Science at the University of Technology, Jamaica. Although he did not complete the degree, his time there strengthened his appreciation for technology, systems, problem-solving, and the role innovation plays in modern business.

In 2015, Yannick migrated to Florida, where he gained valuable professional experience across retail, distribution, sales, customer service, operations, and corporate environments. Over the years, he developed a deep understanding of people, processes, business culture, and the importance of building teams that are motivated, accountable, and aligned around a shared vision.

After nearly a decade of professional growth abroad, Yannick returned to Jamaica with a renewed sense of purpose: to use his experience to help build a company that is not only successful, but respected for its culture, reliability, and impact. As Managing Director of The Celtic Group Ltd., he is focused on creating an organization that values excellence, empowers people, embraces innovation, and builds lasting partnerships.

Yannick’s leadership style is driven by vision, humility, and a strong belief that great companies are built by great people. His mission is to develop The Celtic Group into a trusted and dynamic Jamaican company that continues to grow, inspire, and create meaningful opportunities for the future.

Jordan Williams - Executive Director

Jordan Williams is an Executive Director of The Celtic Group Ltd., where he oversees the company’s operational activities and supports the execution of its strategic objectives. His role involves managing business processes, coordinating internal operations, and helping ensure the organization remains positioned for sustainable growth.

Before joining The Celtic Group Ltd., Jordan worked as an Operations Manager within a family-owned business, gaining hands-on experience in operations, logistics, customer service, and business administration. This background provided valuable insight into the practical aspects of running and growing a business.

Jordan attended St. George’s College in Kingston, Jamaica, and later pursued tertiary studies at a university in Kingston. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong understanding of operational management and business development across a variety of areas.

Overseeing Operations, Jordan focuses on improving efficiency, supporting organizational growth, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners. He remains committed to helping The Celtic Group Ltd. deliver reliable products and services while contributing to the company’s continued development.

Javia Morrison - Operations Manager

Javia Morrison serves as Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in operational leadership, customer service excellence, and organizational development. With a strong commitment to efficiency, professionalism, and continuous improvement, she plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily business operations while supporting the organization’s strategic objectives.

Javia began her educational journey at Charlie Smith High School, where she developed the foundation for her professional growth and leadership capabilities. She later attended the International University of the Caribbean (IUC), where she gained valuable knowledge and practical experience in customer service, business communication, and corporate operations. Although she did not complete her degree program, the skills and insights acquired during her studies have contributed significantly to her professional success.

Throughout her career, Javia has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build productive relationships across all levels of an organization. Her expertise in operational management, process improvement, and team coordination has enabled her to contribute meaningfully to business growth and service excellence.

As Operations Manager, Javia is dedicated to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. She remains passionate about delivering operational excellence and creating positive experiences for both clients and colleagues, making her a valued leader within the organization.

Matthew Bennett - Procurement Manager

Matthew Bennett is the Procurement Manager at The Celtic Group Ltd., where he is responsible for overseeing purchasing operations, supplier relationships, inventory planning, and procurement strategies that support the company's growing portfolio, including Jam Barz and The Vape Vault.

Matthew's professional journey began with his studies in Administrative Assistance Level 3 at Stony Hill HEART/NSTA Trust, where he developed a strong foundation in business administration, organization, and professional communication. These skills would later become instrumental in his career progression across multiple industries.

He started his career as a Sales Representative with a local Jamaican enterprise, where he gained valuable experience in customer relations, sales strategy, and effective communication. This role helped him develop a strong understanding of client needs, relationship management, and the importance of delivering value through service and professionalism.

Driven by a desire to expand his business knowledge, Matthew later joined a technology company as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he was entrusted with managing procurement activities, coordinating business documentation, and supporting executive operations. The experience provided him with valuable insight into business management, operational efficiency, and the critical role procurement plays in supporting organizational growth.

Today, Matthew brings a practical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven approach to procurement. His combined experience in sales, administration, and operations allows him to effectively manage supplier partnerships, optimize purchasing processes, and contribute to the strategic objectives of The Celtic Group Ltd.

Matthew believes that strong relationships, accountability, and continuous improvement are key drivers of business success. Through his role, he remains committed to supporting the company's growth while helping to build a culture of reliability, efficiency, and excellence.
